Full-Stack Engineer – Defence Tech Startup (Stealth Mode)

We’re looking for top tier engineers to join a well-funded defence tech startup building core software and AI. The mission is to transform how organisations use autonomous data to defend democratic values through innovative technology.

You will join at a key stage, working with expert engineers on challenging, high-impact problems. From day one, you’ll have ownership and freedom to influence product design and development - no hierarchy, just real impact.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain software platforms and user interfaces for web and Android.
• Design intuitive UIs to display complex sensor data and control autonomous assets.
• Collaborate with users and integrate third-party APIs and autonomous systems.
• Work with teams across AI/ML, networking, and robotics.
• Promote a culture of engineering excellence.

• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong skills in C , Java, Rust, or Python.
• Frontend experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and React or Angular.
• Eagerness to learn new tech.
• Bonus: Embedded systems, Docker/Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, or ML experience.
