Legal Secretary - Bradford I am currently working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Bradford city centre to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary.This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team with a strong reputation and a genuine focus on maintaining a positive working environment and work-life balance.While experience in family law would be advantageous, candidates with solid legal secretarial experience in other areas will also be considered.The role will involve providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners.Duties will include:Typing (audio and copy) general correspondence, including memos, letters and legal documentsPreparing documents requiring knowledge of legal terminology and formats, such as contracts, briefs, policies, pleadings, complaints and court documentsCarrying out reception duties and acting as a professional first point of contactUsing a Case Management System (experience with TIKIT P4W is desirable)Filing all incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintaining accurate administrative systemsArranging teleconferences with clients, law firms and other stakeholdersMaintaining accurate records of financial transactions and cash movementsSupporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team environmentAssisting with general administrative duties as requiredTo be considered, candidates should have previous experience working as a Legal Secretary.
