Job Title: Fabric Technician Location: Glasgow and Central Belt Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00am - 4:00pm Job Summary: We are looking for a Fabric Technician covering Glasgow and Central Belt to handle planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring building fabric is well-maintained. Key Responsibilities: Perform PPM and reactive repairs on doors, windows, ceilings, walls, and flooring. Minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. Follow health and safety guidelines. Keep accurate records of completed tasks. Fire door maintenance and repairs Requirements: Experience in fabric maintenance or similar role. Basic skills in building repairs, carpentry, and plumbing. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Fire door experinace Joinery background would be a bonus!
