You''ll lead day-to-day IT management while delivering projects that enhance performance and security.Manage and develop the IT function, including infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, and cloud services.Oversee business-critical systems such as WMS, TMS, and ERP.Define and implement the IT roadmap and strategy.Deliver projects including upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.Ensure strong cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery measures.Act as an escalation point and provide hands-on technical support when needed.Manage IT budgets, licensing, and vendor relationships.Collaborate with operational teams to identify te
