Technical ManagerLocation: London or BirminghamHybrid working availableWe are working with a leading global organisation to recruit a Technology Manager to support the delivery and ongoing development of a complex global technology infrastructure environment.You will be serving as the day-to-day technical lead interfacing with our strategic third-party suppliers and MSPs.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the technical lead for strategic technology suppliers and managed service providers.Ensuring external suppliers adhere strictly to company infrastructure policies and security baselines.Delivering support and guidance for large, global infrastructure and network estates through a complex supplier lead matrix.Review and challenge supplier-led changes through the Change Advisory Board (CAB).Ensure suppliers meet infrastructure, security and architectural standards.Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Provide technical guidance across global infrastructure and network environments.Experience of the following would be highly valuable:SD-WAN, LAN/WAN and enterprise networkingSASE, Zero Trust (ZTNA) and perimeter securityHybrid-cloud environments including Azure, AWS and/or OCIIaaS, PaaS and modern cloud infrastructureEnterprise storage and infrastructure platformsDisaster Recovery and business continuityBackup and resilience frameworksInfrastructure security and technical standardsIT service management and change managementIf you''re looking ..... full job details .....
