They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded individual with a solid base of HR experience looking to take the next step in their HR career, joining them as an HR Operations and Insights Analyst. This would suit someone who is passionate about using data and insights to inform HR decision-making and improve workforce outcomes. Working with a small but highly effective HR team, the role will include maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data within their HRIS and related systems Producing regular and ad-hoc HR reports and metrics Analysing workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities - translating findings into key insights. Leading on the migration to a new HRIS and helping upskill team members on the new platform Supporting with HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding. Improving and streamlining existing HR systems and processes This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build HR operations and data and insights skills whilst also being involved in day to day generalist support.
