These are ranging from Junior to Senior Property Manager. The role is looking after a Residential property portfolio of privately rented properties across London. Your new role Managing and overseeing a Private Rented Sector Property (PRS) Portfolio across LondonOverseeing day to day management ensuring high occupancy rates and optimal rental yieldCo-ordinating and arranging maintenance and repairs, refurbishments and overseeing 3rd party contractors plus service providersManaging the full tenancy lifecycle for AST propertiesDevelop strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, contractors and other key stakeholdersConducting regular property inspections and reportsMonitor rent payments and chasing up arrears in line with company policyLiaise with tenants and guarantors to help resolve payment issuesOverseeing compliance records utilising property management softwareWhere relevant mentor and support junior team membersWhat you''ll need to succeed 1-5 Years of Property Management experienceARLA Level 3 qualificationGreat understanding and knowledge of technical and statutory legislation
