This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a leader who can seamlessly alternate between strategic oversight and operational detail.Responsibilities

Driving project performance across HSE, quality, productivity, commercial management, and client satisfactionOverseeing delivery of complex infrastructure and specialist structural projectsEmbedding robust governance, forecasting, and reporting frameworks across programmesBuilding trusted B2B relationships with clients and key supply chain partnersLeading and developing a high-performing senior delivery teamWe’re looking for a confident and communicative leader with broad sector experience (Tier 1 and Tier 2), strong commercial and contractual understanding, and proven ability to lead high-performing delivery teams across the UK.
