Apple is looking for a compliance professional to support Apple Payments Services Limited, which offers account information services in the UK.We are seeking a UK-qualified lawyer or compliance professional with deep financial services regulatory experience to join our Global Financial Services Compliance team in London. In this role, you''''ll help lead the compliance function for Apple Payments Services Limited, which offers account information services in the UK. This will include designing, implementing, scaling, and monitoring compliance functions as part of a broad cross-functional team, managing legal and regulatory risks, coordinating and managing regulatory and management information reporting, and engaging with local regulators.Minimum Qualifications

5-10 years of relevant experienceBachelor''s Degree or higherDemonstrated experience interacting with UK financial services regulators, including the FCAKnowledge of the structure and operation of open banking regulations and requirements applicable to account information service providersPreferred Qualifications

Experience interacting with international financial services regulators, including the ECBAbility to learn quickly and support new projects and initiativesStrong work ethic and interpersonal and project management skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional groupExperience working with an international team
