You will work collaboratively with social workers, families, partner agencies and other professionals to ensure that safeguarding plans are robust, effective and focused on improving outcomes for children.Key ResponsibilitiesChair Child Protection Conferences in accordance with safeguarding procedures and statutory requirements.Ensure the child''s voice and lived experience are central to decision-making.Analyse information from professionals and family members to identify risk and protective factors.Ensure clear, appropriate and outcome-focused safeguarding plans are developed.Monitor the effectiveness of child protection plans and challenge drift or delay.Work closely with social care, health, education, police and other partner agencies.Maintain accurate records and provide clear professional recommendations.Challenge professional practice where necessary to ensure children are safeguarded effectively.About YouYou will be an experienced safeguarding professional with ..... full job details .....
