CS 33918Fabricator Welder - Waste and Recycling IndustryCrayford, Kent 52,000 per annum 4 on / 4 off - Days (12-hour shifts) Waste and RecyclingThe RoleWe are currently looking for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join the maintenance team at a busy recycling facility in Crayford, Kent.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, hands-on Fabricator Welder to join an established industrial operation, carrying out fabrication, welding and repair work on a range of heavy industrial plant, machinery and equipment.Working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern consisting of 12-hour day shifts, you will play an important role in maintaining the reliability, safety and operational performance of the facility.The successful candidate will have strong fabrication and welding skills, ideally gained within a heavy industrial, manufacturing, engineering, waste or recycling environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out MIG and MMA welding on a range of industrial machinery, equipment and structural components.Undertake fabrication, modification and repair work on plant and machinery.Carry out planned and reactive welding repairs to minimise equipment downtime.Repair and reinforce worn, damaged or broken components.Fabricate replacement parts, brackets, guards, supports and structural assemblies.Work on heavy-duty recycling equipment, including conveyors, shredders, screens and associated machinery.Interpret engineering drawings, measurements and technical specifications.Ensure all welding and ..... full job details .....
