The organisation is known for its hospitality led member experience, strong retention rates and ambitious expansion plans.Role OverviewThe Reservations Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue through meeting room and event space bookings, managing enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation. The role focuses on maintaining high conversion rates, upselling add-ons and ensuring a seamless client experience through effective coordination with operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as first point of contact for external meeting room enquiries and internal and external event bookings via phone, email and web leadsQualify client needs and recommend the most suitable space and solutionConvert enquiries into confirmed bookings through objection handling and consultative sellingUpsell event packages, catering and additional services to maximise revenueManage a daily pipeline of leads and bookings, maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce)Deliver against individual and team KPIs and revenue targetsProcess invoicing and payments, ensuring smooth handover to onsite operational teamsMaintain strong knowledge of the full building portfolio, including USPs and competitor awarenessSupport wider sales activity across the organisation when requiredSkills and ExperienceExperience in teles
