What you''ll be doing The House of Commons is seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Manager to play a key strategic role in the Parliamentary Security Department (PSD). This is an exciting opportunity to support the operational effectiveness of a critical service that keeps Parliament safe and open for business. Working in a high-profile, fast-paced environment, you will be at the heart of our workforce planning function, supporting a team of over 450 security and fire officers operating on a 24/7 shift pattern. In this pivotal role, you''ll work closely with the Resilience Operations Manager, providing strategic and operational oversight of workforce deployment, staffing reports, and resource planning.
