Commercial and Domestic Gas Maintenance EngineerLocation: YorkSalary: 45,000 per annum + van and fuel cardJob Type: Full-timeReporting to: Contracts ManagerThe OpportunityWe are currently looking for an experienced Commercial and Domestic Gas Maintenance Engineer to join our team, covering a varied portfolio of commercial and domestic sites across York and the surrounding areas.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated engineer with experience in gas servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs.You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and installation works, ensuring all equipment and systems operate safely, efficiently and in accordance with current legislation and industry standards.Working across a diverse range of sites, you will have the opportunity to utilise your technical expertise while delivering a professional and customer-focused service.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and installation works.Servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial and domestic gas boilers, heating systems, pipework and gas-fired water heaters.Working on gas-fired air handling units, radiant tube heaters and associated controls and safety devices.Completing gas safety inspections, testing and certification in accordance with Gas Safe regulations.Diagnosing faults and undertaking repairs across a range of gas appliances and heating systems.Responding to ..... full job details .....
