Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Worcester based client in their search for an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a long-term temporary basis, offering an immediate start. You will be working as part of a small successful finance team and will be responsible for managing your own ledger of accounts. This is a largely office based position, with one day a week working from home. Daily duties and experience required includes: Conducting credit control via phone and email Building rapport with customer base to maintain positive working relationships Conducting credit checks Setting up new customer accounts Negotiating payment plans Reconciling customer accounts Query resolution My client is a market leading business, with a reputation for delivering an excellent service to their customers.
