As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be responsible for:

- Supporting children aged 3 months to 5 years in a safe, nurturing environment
- Working in line with OFSTED standards and nursery policies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for children in your care
- Working closely with colleagues to support daily nursery operations
- Building strong partnerships with parents to support child development

 
To succeed as an Early Years Educator, you’ll bring:

- A minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Patience, empathy and a genuine love of working with children
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
- Paediatric First Aid is beneficial
