Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting a client within Central Government who is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for an initial 6-month assignment, with the possibility of extension.

Location: London | Hybrid Working

Requirements

Active SC clearance

Solid background in Commercial Management

Experience in end-to-end sourcing/procurement within the public sector

Knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and related regulations

Experience in delivering complex overseas Facilities Management (FM) procurement''s and conducting contract negotiations

Proven experience managing end-to-end commercial/procurement processes, from strategy development to contract award, specifically within the Defence or Central Government sectors

Experience with e-procurement tools such as Jaggaer

Professional certifications in CIPS, IACCM, or similar commercial/procurement qualifications
