Meeting the founder and a senior leader made it clear, that this brand will be huge! Both passionate, energetic and have built a strong, connected culture across every part of the business.With a strong e-commerce presence and ambitious growth plans, we need an experienced operator who can scale systems, lead a team, and drive efficiency - all while keeping the customer experience front and centre. This role will be well suited to someone who has a passion and interest in fashion and ready to join and grow within a scaling business.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse and LogisticsOversee day-to-day warehouse ops: deliveries, fulfilment, returns.Streamline picking and packing processes for speed and accuracy.Lead the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).Maintain accurate inventory through regular checks and cycle counts.Drive improvements across logistics, storage, and dispatch.Manage courier relationships and ensure on-time delivery.Team LeadershipManage a small warehouse team with plans to grow.Lead hiring, training, and performance management.Build a motivated and accountable team culture.Customer ServiceOversee Customer Service handling daily queries via email/social.Improve response processes and customer journey.Handle escalated complaints or returns when needed.U
