This role will be well suited to someone who has a passion and interest in fashion and ready to join and grow within a scaling business.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse and LogisticsOversee day-to-day warehouse ops: deliveries, fulfilment, returns.Streamline picking and packing processes for speed and accuracy.Lead the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).Maintain accurate inventory through regular checks and cycle counts.Drive improvements across logistics, storage, and dispatch.Manage courier relationships and ensure on-time delivery.Team LeadershipManage a small warehouse team with plans to grow.Lead hiring, training, and performance management.Build a motivated and accountable team culture.Customer ServiceOversee Customer Service handling daily queries via email/social.Improve response processes and customer journey.Handle escalated complaints or returns when needed.U
