The successful candidate will deliver personalised learning, implement structured support strategies and create a safe, nurturing environment where pupils can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and making a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with additional needs.Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with ASC • Develop and implement individualised learning programmes aligned with EHCP targets • Use structured teaching approaches and visual supports to enhance learning • Support pupils with communication, social interaction and emotional regulation • Implement positive behaviour support strategies consistently • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and parents/carers • Monitor progress and maintain accurate records and reports • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and SEND policies at all times
