OandM Engineer Solar Farms (Swindon and surrounding areas) Working for one of the UK s leading solar farm OandM providers, you will take ownership of a portfolio of multi-MW solar sites across Swindon and surrounding areas. Your role will involve carrying out both corrective and scheduled preventative electrical maintenance, ensuring each solar farm is operating at peak performance. You will receive full training and benefit from excellent opportunities for career progression within their OandM team. There is also a clear pathway to gain HV authorisation, with dedicated support to achieve AP15 (Authorised Person) status. Requirements 18th Edition City and Guilds Low Voltage or High Voltage electrical maintenance experience (solar or wind experience essential) Strong electrical fault finding, diagnosis and repair skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Motivated problem solver with excellent work ethic Comfortable working outdoors Flexible and willing to travel across the region Full UK driver s licence Reliable, trustworthy, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Package Base salary: £40,000 10% to 15% annual bonus £5,000 base salary increase upon completion of HV certificates Pension scheme Private healthcare Life insurance Discretionary annual bonus This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading solar company with clear progression routes for motivated engineers.
