This is a varied, hands-on role with exposure to local authorities, housing associations, and wider stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the delivery of new housing developmentsBuilding and maintaining relationships with local authorities and housing partnersManaging handovers, defects, and post-completion processesPreparing and monitoring defect schedules and ensuring timely resolutionLiaising with Affordable Housing Providers, investors, and managing agentsProducing monthly reports and supporting contract administrationMonitoring planned and reactive worksAbout YouExperience working with housing associations, local authorities, or registered providersUnderstanding of housing policy, planning requirements, and relevant legislationStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience supporting contracts and working with management companiesKnowledge of construction/development environ
