Description Partner with operational leadership to drive site performance and profitability. Analyse labour, yield and production costs to identify improvement opportunities. Review product and customer profitability, providing commercial insight and challenge. Support budgeting, forecasting and financial decision-making across the site. Own site balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and financial controls. Translate financial information into meaningful insights for non-finance stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and support growth initiatives.
