You are

A strategic thinker with a proven operational track record

Comfortable in early-stage ambiguity and detail-oriented

Skilled at developing and executing go-to-market and growth plans

Experienced with tech-enabled communities, marketplaces, or platforms

Ideally a former founder/CEO with a successful exit

Connections within the PE or VC sectors would be a distinct advantage

Globally minded and collaborative

Role Details

Equity-led (Capital and/or sweat investment)

No compensation initially—expect revenue to fund remuneration within six months

Co-create and deliver a four-year scale-and-exit plan

Full co-leadership role, not an advisory position
