You''ll take ownership of a well-run function, keep reporting tight and on time, and help shape how finance uses its systems and processes as the business grows. It''s a high-visibility role, working closely with the executive team. The role Group reporting: month-end consolidation and board, lender and sponsor reporting Team leadership: supervising and reviewing the work of a small team, making sure reporting is accurate and systems produce what they should Year end: audit, statutory accounts and tax, working closely with operational finance colleagues Cash and debt: treasury, cash forecasting and covenant compliance MandA support: acquisition accounting, integration and technical accounting matters Structure and governance: entity rationalisation and supporting a governance framework that keeps pace with growth Systems and process: helping improve finance systems and ways of working About you Essential: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Strong multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation experience Sound technical knowledge of IFRS and FRS 102 Experience in a PE-backed or leveraged environment Experience supervising and ..... full job details .....
