Analytics Engineer

We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our data team and help shape and scale our analytics ecosystem. You’ll sit at the intersection of data engineering and business intelligence, modeling and integrating data from multiple sources into our data lake so it is accessible, reliable, and ready for advanced analysis. You’ll turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, showcased in aesthetic, user-friendly Tableau dashboards and other reporting services that empower teams to make impactful decisions.This is a remote-first role, open to candidates who reside in the UK and are eligible to work there full-time.Responsibilities

Integrate and model data from multiple sources in the company’s data lake to enable advanced analysis and accurate reportingDevelop scalable and robust data solutions, including DAGs, documentation, and data structures such as dimensions, facts, and aggregationsEnsure data accuracy, quality, and validity across processes and outputsBuild and maintain reliable, business entity-centered models and data marts that support decision makingDesign and deliver clear, aesthetic, and user-friendly dashboards in TableauProvide actionable, data-driven insights to Tebex stakeholders to drive business growthCollaborate closely with teams across Tebex to understand data needs and deliver effective solutionsPromote and support a data-driven culture, empowering teams to explore and leverage data effectivelyRequirements
