Your Responsibilities Will Include: Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups Helping to deliver engaging lessons and interventions Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation Building strong, supportive relationships Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and outside agencies Being a positive role model and mentor Ideal Candidate: Experience working with SEMH, SEN, youth work, mental health or care Calm, resilient and understanding under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork skills Able to motivate and inspire students Committed to safeguarding and inclusion Open to ongoing training and development Why Work with I C Talent?
