A leading Yorkshire law firm is looking to expand its housing team with the addition of an experienced housing solicitor.You will play a key role in managing a varied caseload covering all aspects of housing law. The firm''s client base includes housing associations, local authorities and private sector entities.Responsibilities

Advise on a broad spectrum of housing law matters, including but not limited to, landlord and tenant disputes, housing disrepair, leasehold issues, and possession proceedings.Represent clients in courts and tribunals where appropriate.Qualifications

Senior candidates of over 6 years pqe to director level.
