Job Responsibility: Setting up new packages of care for vulnerable people living in their own home Completing risk assessments and person-centred care plan Routinely reviewing existing packages of care Spot checking care workers out in their field Undertaking supervision observations Building relationships with social workers, health professionals, people receiving care and their families/friends Assisting the Care Coordinator as and when necessary Assisting the Registered Manager as and when necessary Ensuring Care Workers provide the quality of care that meets the standards determined by the company. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery. Effectively and confidentially managing data and information. Accurately maintaining records.
