Temporary Support Assistants Needed!

JO- Recruitment are looking for experienced Support Assistants, to support our clients in the Swindon area with staffing, on a Temporary basis!

The Role:

Working for JO Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in each individuals lives!

You will be working across a variety of Care settings in the Swindon area, from Residential Care Homes to Supported Living and Respite Services.

You will support each individual to be as independent as possible, always prioritising choice and following their Care Plans, to ensure you deliver the very best person-centred care.

Duties may include:

• Personal Care.
• Support with eating and drinking.
• Manual handling.
• Record Keeping.
• Providing practical emotional and physical support.
• Support to access the community.
• General cleaning/housekeeping duties.

To be successful in this role you must have proven experience working in a Care or Support setting with prior experience in manual handling.

We offer:

• Weekly pay from -13.47 per hour, shift dependant.
• Free uniform.
• Online competency refresher training.
