We have a new opportunity for an Advanced Electrician to join our Responsive Repairs team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 39 hours per week: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00 am - 3:30 pm on Friday, covering the West London region, specifically Kensington and Chelsea and the surrounding areas. About the role Guinness Property provides repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our residents'' homes are safe and maintained to a high standard.
