In this role, you will take ownership of the development, maintenance, and critical path analysis of complex civil engineering project schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and contractual compliance from pre-construction through to project handover.You will play a pivotal role working collaboratively within a shared environment, mentoring junior planning team members, and liaising directly with project managers, commercial teams, and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Development and Management: Lead the preparation, baselining, and regular updating of fully resourced, tender and contract programmes in accordance with NEC forms of contract.Critical Path and Change Management: Monitor critical path activities, assess project performance/KPIs, identify early-warning delays, and produce compliant compensation event / change programmes.Collaborative Database Management: Work within shared enterprise database environments (Primavera P6) to coordinate cross-discipline activities, progress updates, and ..... full job details .....
