As a Superstore Team Leader you will manage the day to day running of our York Superstore - Monks Cross Shopping Park, leading a team of colleagues to maximise store sales and profits. By doing so you will play a crucial role in raising the funds for the amazing services and support Barnardo''s provides for children, young people, parents, and carers across the UK.
