This is a pivotal role, responsible for providing both strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the Group''s finance function - ensuring robust financial management, effective systems, and accurate, timely reporting. As a key member of the College Management Team (CMT), you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the College''s strategic plan and objectives, contributing to the success of both the College and its subsidiary undertakings, including the North West Training Council. Key Responsibilities Strategic and Operational Leadership Lead the effective and efficient management of the Finance function across the College Group. Develop and maintain robust accounting systems and processes that ensure compliance with statutory and non-statutory regulations. Deliver accurate, relevant, and timely financial information to the senior leadership team, Governing Body, and subsidiary boards. Financial Planning and Reporting Oversee the College''s annual Business Planning process, including the curriculum plan, annual budget, capital expenditure, and medium-term financial forecasts.
