Job Title: Plating Process Operator Responsibilities: Process Components/ Parts through the Treatment Lines, including Jigging.Read and interpret Aerospace and Defence drawings and documentation.Perform Operator Inspections and adhere to specifications and work instructions.Maintain tanks, perform chemical additions, and conduct stock checks.Ensure a safe and compliant workplace, following all regulatory and company Health and Safety policies. Skills and Experience: Experience handling Aerospace and Defence Components.Surface coating experience in Anodise/ Plating.REQUIRED: Experience in Electroless Nickel Plating.Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Reliable and responsible with a methodical approach to meeting targets and goals.Strong team player with the ability to work off own initiative.
