Registered Nurse (Mental Health) – Bank – Care Home. Join a Barchester care home to provide compassionate, evidence-based care with a focus on mental health. Use your expertise to support the multi-disciplinary team and help residents get the most out of life, ensuring needs are met with dignity and respect. This is a Bank position to provide cover as needed (e.g., annual leave or sick leave); hours and days will vary.Responsibilities

Settle in new residents and develop tailored care plans.Carry out a range of clinical tasks in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.Provide in-depth mental health expertise to the care team and residents.Uphold dignity, respect, and person-centred care in every interaction.Contribute to ongoing training and development as part of the team.Qualifications

Current NMC registration.Knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia.Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.Understanding of regulatory frameworks (including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).Dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred nursing approach.Rewards and Benefits
