This is a vital role within the operations engineering department, focused on ensuring the safety, quality, and reliability of life-saving infusion products. The Role As a Moulding Engineer, you will be the technical lead for engineering projects related to the outsourcing and sustaining of current product ranges. You will bridge the gap between design and manufacturing, ensuring that any changes to product designs or manufacturing processes meet strict regulatory and business standards. Location: Winnersh (Office-based) Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 Contract: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Taking ownership of sustaining projects from initial problem definition through to implementation and verification. Manufacturing Excellence: Supporting the establishment and maintenance of manufacturing lines, including transfers and new setups. Technical Documentation: Managing engineering change documentation within a strict Quality Management System (QMS).
