Schools are offering both full-time and part-time opportunities, with long-term placements that may lead to permanent roles for the right candidates.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning by delivering pre-planned lessons during teacher absences. You''ll help foster a positive classroom environment while ensuring students remain engaged and focused.

• Supervising pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a purposeful learning environment

• Providing clear instructions and guidance to students

• Supporting pupils with lesson tasks where appropriate

• Reporting back to teaching staff on student engagement, behaviour, and progress

• Have experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)

• Be confident leading a classroom and promoting positive behaviour

• Be open to flexible working patterns (full-time or part-time)

• Be interested in long-term opportunities with permanent potential

• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a professional, proactive attitude
