Location: Haringey, North London
Salary: -100120 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Term Time Only | September Start

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting Behaviour Mentors to work in welcoming and inclusive secondary schools across Haringey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference in students'' education while gaining valuable school-based experience.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group behaviour support.
• Help students remain engaged and focused in lessons.
• Build positive relationships with pupils who require additional support.
• Work alongside teachers, pastoral staff and SEN teams.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Support students both inside and outside the classroom.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience working with young people in schools, youth work, coaching, mentoring or similar settings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence managing challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner.
• A patient, resilient and proactive attitude.
• A commitment to safeguarding and supporting young people.
