Grafton Banks Finance is exclusively recruiting a Group Financial Controller for a growing and successful international manufacturing SME near Crawley. The role reports directly to the CFO and manages staff in the UK and abroad. The role requires a fully qualified accountant and experienced Controller or Head of Finance with effective leadership experience and experience of working within the manufacturing sector in order to apply. The role is almost 100% remote at the moment; however candidates still need to be living within a maximum of a 1.5 hour commute of Crawley in order to apply. Previous experience of working within retail, manufacturing, distribution, FMCG - a product based sector is preferred. Key areas of responsibility include: • Day to day management of the global finance team and ensuring delivery across the group • Consolidation of monthly group management accounts • Preparation of monthly board pack • Design and implementation of standardised group processes • Co-ordination of group audit processes • Review and ensure accuracy of entity budgets and forecasts • Cashflow reconciliation, analysis, and forecasting • Group variance analysis and KPI reporting • Quarterly bank reporting • Pricing This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a global finance team and develop your career in a successful and growing SME, whilst learning from an experienced CFO.
