One weekend and bank holidays per month are required to work.What you will be doing: Carry out an assessment of the needs, abilities and preferences of referralsCarry out risk assessments to minimise risk for the resident, other residents and staffBe responsible for residents incoming sign-up experience and induction to the siteAgree and implement with each resident, an individual sustainment plan and deliver the service in accordance with thisEnsure that residents understand their occupancy agreementsMonitor and respond to any breaches of occupancy agreementsManage complaints and occupancy disputesManage and maintain rent accounts in line with internal rent and arrears management processes.Where appropriate, work with/refer to other agencies providing supportTo support the Housing team to drive the engagement program with residentsTo encourage residents to take part in making decisions about service deliveryProvide information on and promote the organisation s involvement activitiesWork with colleagues to collect feedback about the service Ensure that you work in ways that meet the requirements of Ofsted regulation Skills and Pr
