Work closely with founders/marketing teams to define innovation pipelines aligned to brand strategy and market trends Manage timelines and critical paths, ensuring all products are delivered on time and within budget Conduct competitor analysis, category reviews, and consumer insight gathering to support innovation strategy Owns supplier onboarding, pricing and costing and SKU culling Setup of our quality control processes both in the UK and China What will you need to be an NPD Manager Ideally speak Mandarin Happy to be onsite 5 days a week initially Experience working within personal care/beauty/wellness Worked for a D2C brand Job Number 9762
