THE ROLE As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will carry out asbestos surveys across a range of commercial and mixed-use properties throughout Bristol and the South West. Working independently and with the support of an experienced operations team, you will deliver high-quality surveying services while ensuring full compliance with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 Working across commercial and mixed-use properties Conducting bulk asbestos sampling and ensuring company procedures are followed correctly Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports Managing your own workload effectively across multiple client sites Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams Ensuring all work complies with current ..... full job details .....
