ADMINISTRATOR - FIXED TERM CONTRACT - 6 months Our client is looking for an experienced Administration to support a team through a busy period.You will be working closely with internal teams, including a busy warehouse department, and the ideal candidate therefore needs to be comfortable managing a variety of priorities and tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATORLogging of goods in discrepancy issues and coordination with colleagues/suppliers to resolve Generating despatch documentation (picking lists, despatch notes, invoices etc) Booking deliveries and arranging freight activities Tracking deliveries and shipments, updating internal systems Processing despatch documents, on internal systems Working with Excel on a daily basis to update information accurately Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (via email, telephone etc) General administration and data entry tasks to support the team through a busy period Intermediate experience in Excel, Word and Outlook would be ideal, but willingness to learn is equally as important Excellent attention to detail in order to update and maintain accurate records Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
