We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in the RG4 area. You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required. Support individuals with medication administration in line with company policies. Encourage independence and participation in social and community activities. Maintain accurate care records and reports. Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of service users. Build positive relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals. Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns appropriately. Requirements Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Caring, patient, and reliable nature. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. Right to work in the UK. Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred but not essential. Enhanced DBS check required.
