Your Role Will Involve:

• 
  

  Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of learning and behavioural needs.

• 
  

  Supporting pupils in accessing classroom activities and tailored learning programs.

• 
  

  Working alongside teachers to deliver targeted support and ensure all students can engage fully in lessons.

• 
  

  Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters both emotional and academic development.

Essential Requirements:

• 
  

  Experience supporting students in a school or educational setting is preferred.

• 
  

  Patience, empathy, and a strong understanding of supporting learners with different needs.

• 
  

  Confidence in managing challenging behaviours using positive strategies.

• 
  

  A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students in a dynamic classroom environment.
