Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and be a role model in consistently meeting high standards.

Always go above and beyond for customers, greet and assist them, and participate in checkouts while upholding the two is a queue initiative.

Care for colleagues by creating a safe environment, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and supporting the team alongside the Store Manager.

Lead inductions for new colleagues and collaborate with supervisors to drive ongoing training and development through on-the-job coaching.

Lead daily huddles to communicate and achieve commercial objectives including sales, service, and shrink targets.

Ensure products are priced, merchandised and maintained to support smooth store operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in a supervisory or management role, including team leadership and performance management.

Ability to manage store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and maintenance of store standards.

Track record of achieving store KPIs such as sales targets, waste reduction, or customer service scores.
