Oracle Fusion HCM OTL Functional ConsultantLocation: WatfordSalary: £90,000 - £100,000 per annumEmployment Type: PermanentThe OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM OTL Functional Consultant to join a major UK organisation as part of its ongoing Oracle Cloud HCM transformation.This is a key functional role focused on Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), requiring strong hands-on experience across implementation, configuration and optimisation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and wider Oracle HCM specialists to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the functional delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor (OTL) solutions.Gather, analyse and document business requirements relating to time management, time capture and workforce processes.Configure Oracle Fusion HCM OTL in line with business requirements and Oracle best practice.Support the full implementation life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.Work with stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Oracle Cloud HCM.Develop and support OTBI and BI Publisher reports to provide business-critical workforce and time-management information.Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting and data requirements.Produce ..... full job details .....
