Develop market leading software for system designs that promote security, safety, usability and reliabilityCreate, define and monitor Structural and Temporal Architecture while considering the Internal and External interfaces alongside the delivery teamsDrive the software design and architecture solutions for leading systems technologies including Safety Critical, HMI, Command and Control, Mission Control, Simulation, model-based, real-time, embedded, multi-threaded, disparate, Sensors, Radar, RF, Testing, visualisation, verification and validationProduce architecture solutions with no effect on integrityWork closely with the wider specialist technical teams to support designs, review testing, and provide requirements gatheringHave influence on the development and redundancy of technology strategy, products, methods and toolingExperience and Knowledge
Strong programming knowledge – C, C++, C# and/or AdaDeep and modern knowledge of Agile development and software design principles, design patterns and best practiceContinuous Integration and model based engineeringExperience with influencing and defining frameworks, tooling and technologies with measurable impactBackground with embedded systems and knowledge of electronic engineering would be highly beneficialPositive and passionate with great team mentorship, stakeholder management and requirements gathering abilitiesRequirements
