Location: Head Office (Wokingham UK)Department: EngineeringJob Type: Full timeContract Type: PermanentAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Production Support Engineer to join our thriving UK medical manufacturing company to work within our expanding Engineering Department.We are looking to recruit an experienced Lead Production Support Engineer to lead a team of engineers, operating on a rotating shift pattern. The role will require fault finding, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), installations and upgrades to circuitry, as well as providing mechanical support during breakdowns as required. All work must be completed effectively, with machine downtime being kept to a minimum, and within target expectations whilst adhering to the latest Health and Safety Regulations and best practices.Essential Experience/Qualifications:Level 3 Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent level qualificationExperience working in an automated production environmentMachine setting experiencePrevious Team leading experienceStrong engineering background Electrically and MechanicallyStrong knowledge of Health and Safety practicesAbility to build strong working relationshipsUnderstanding of working in a controlled environmentAbility to manage downtime and prioritiesContinuous improvement mindsetAbility to modify machine wiringAbility to read engineering drawings electrically and mechanicallyDesirable Experience/Qualifications:Experience of Injection MoldingKnowledge and understanding of q
