Now is an exciting time to join the Commercial Sales team of a growing manufacturer of high value scientific equipment at their new facility in S. Gloucestershire. Working closely with Field Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Contract Management, and the Legal team, you will provide contract management support for Commercial Sales within the EMEA territory. Your key responsibilities will include Contract Management, Order Management and Customer Management. You will manage the commercial requirements of the sales process, liaising with the customer and internal teams. Contract Management responsibilities include reviewing customer contracts and working with all internal departments to determine a final agreement. You will develop and manage appropriate processes to monitor compliance, escalate non-compliance with contract terms and conditions, and improve control and visibility over financial and legal commitments; ensure complete due diligence. Order Management responsibilities will include support the processing of customer orders, working with the relevant coordinators to ensure the customer receives appropriate communication at all stages. Customer Management responsibilities include providing support to your assigned customer base, ensuring customers receive order confirmation and acknowledgement, information and delivery to their expectations.
